  • United Therapeutics:  Performed requirements analysis, configuration and data conversion for Workday HCM implementation. Coordinated data requirements with multiple integration teams. Led user training and UAT sessions.

  • Freightquote.com: Led Workday Payroll testing and supervised production rollout.  Provided staff augmentation, user training and support for go live and post-production phases.

  • Westwood College:  Led implementation of ADP benefits application, including integration with payroll, HR and third party systems.

  • Brown Rudnick:  Led all aspects of Epicor HCM deployment related to benefits and payroll, managed all HR data conversion, UAT and on-site support for rollout.

  • Coeur D'Alene Casino Resort Hotel:   Led implementation of Epicor HCM including project planning, configuration, integration, data conversion and user training.

  • ADT Security Services/Tyco:  Participated on multi-location project team to move Ceridian payroll to PeopleSoft. Acted as subject matter expert for legacy data, assisted with requirements definition and transition planning.

  • ADT Security Services:  Led project to streamline management of multiple database instances for year-end payroll processing.

  • ADT Security Services:  Designed and implemented custom solutions for managing sales compensation, union dues, garnishments and employee loans.

  • Bio-Rad Laboratories:  Performed data mapping, conversion and testing for migration of Ceridian HRMS to Peoplesoft.

  • Ceridian Employer Services:  Created HRMS installation procedures, support materials and customer training for company-wide use.
