Beverly Rea is a Human Resources application analyst and project leader with over 10 years experience. Led client through Workday configuration of all HCM components in multiple country implementation, including configurable security, compensation, and business processes. In charge of tenant maintenance, and functional support for payroll integrations in each country.
  • QinetiQ North America: Lead Principal Consultant and Engagement Manager to implement Workday core HCM, Performance Management and Benefits.
  • EPRI:  Implemented Workday Performance Management and company-wide Bonus Process.
  • ZetaInteractive:  Provided client production support to troubleshoot Workday HCM, benefits and absence management. Provided Benefits integration support.
  • Freightquote.com:  Led implementation for Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, and Payroll. 
  • OneSource Virtual HR: Led implementation for Workday HR and Benefits. Provided HR data conversion; Benefits configuration and conversion of employee benefits data into Workday. Performed client user training and support through go live.
  • Sun Products Corp.:  Performed lead functional consulting role for Workday Merit Processing and Performance Management. Key areas of implemenation: configurable security, business processess, and compensation configuration. Functional Payroll Interface implementer for ADP Ev5. Continued production support.
