Christian Adlung brings to Jeitosa’s Europe operations more than 20 years of experience in information technology, development and project leadership of payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. Christian has over 15 years experience in a global/EMEA business environment with significant experience working with large corporations on HCM service models and business process reengineering.

Highlights

Accomplishments

  • ConvaTec: Led european rollout of a global Workday implementation. This includes the project oversight for the implementation in 27 European countries, as well as the facilitation of the European Works Council discussions and the strategic support for the client’s european leadership team.
  • Sealed Air: Had responsiblity for the strategic HR support of the european HR leadership team, including the responsibility for the international HR and payroll situation assessment, the global HCM system/services selection, the global SSC location assessment as well as the global HR business process definitions.
  • VWR: Managed part of the european rollout of a global Workday implementation. This included the project oversight for the implementation in 20+ european countries, as well as the facilitation of the European Works Council discussions and the strategic support for the client’s european leadership team.
  • H.B.Fuller: Facilitated the discussions with the German Works Council for a global Workday implementation.
  • Flextronics: Facilitated the discussions with the German Works Council for a global Workday implementation.
  • TDWilliamson: Led global Workday Comp implementation.
  • ADP: Built and expanded the HR and payroll consultancy division of ADP in Latin America (Brazil, Argentina und Chile) as well as in the UK. In addition to fostering ADP´s in-house HR products, implementation projects of PeopleSoft´s HCM products, SAP, Oracle and Meta4 were also carried out.
  • Convergys: Had joint responsibility, as part of the european leadership team, for 200+ employees in Europe and a budget of 50+ M€. This included the Sales, Implementation and Operations teams in the EMEA region.
  • DISCUS Informationssyteme GmbH: Built up into a successful consulting company particularly in PAISY payroll consulting.
