Felipe has more than 12 years of HR systems implementation expertise spanning Workday, PeopleSoft and SAP. His experience also includes quality management and application support as a functional and technical consultant. Felipe was instrumental in the design and development of Jeitosa’s On-Demand Solution Evaluation (ODSE), a tool that gathers HCM business requirements, evaluates fit/gaps, and determines cross-functional business alignment.

  • Workday:  Worked closely with Workday resources to perform Quality Assurance for Workday updates 7, 9 and 10, and also customer support during the transition period from 9 to 10.
  • Actively participated of successful Workday deployments such as Church and Dwight, Waggener Edstrom, Freightquote.com in various roles, doing data analysis and loading, integrations, security setup, and functional configuration.
  • Lenovo: Member of the project team for Workday Benefits Global implementation, responsible for data conversion of benefits configuration and enrollments for over 25 countries.
  • TD Williamson:  Developed an integration between Workday HCM and iCIMS (applicant tracking system) to automatically hire applicants in Workday, and publish open positions in iCIMS.
  • Experienced on Workday Integrations having deployed inbound/outbound solutions in Workday Studio, Cloud Connect for Benefits, EIB, Workday Payroll Integration and Report as a Service.
  • Toyota:  Participated in the effort for a functional/technical fit/gap analysis between two product solution sets and helped to develop a detailed business case showing ten-year total cost of ownership and return on investment.
  • Huber:  Worked on the global requirements gathering effort, assessed alignment and priorities, helped to develop a strategic road map, and evaluated product solution sets to met their business objectives.
  • QinetiQ:  Participated in the vendor selection process, gathering business needs and evaluating the fit/gap of top HR system vendors.
  • HSBC:  Participated in the development, implementation and support of an On Demand compensation tool for their employees in Latin America.
  • VWR International:  Responsible for data conversion activities for UK and India in the Workday system
  • Flextronics:  Joined the Workday project team during the Payroll integration tests and helped to create and execute test scenarios/cases.
  • Fifth-Third Bank:  Performed Functional QA for SAP HR implementation, including Personnel Administration and Personnel Development modules.
  • BankBoston Brazil:  Functional & Technical Lead for PeopleSoft HCM Implementation, including Workforce Admnistration, Workforce Development, Position Management, Training, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll Integration and ESS, MSS, workflow.
  • Grupo Pão de Açúcar (Major Brazilian Retail company):  Functional & Technical Lead for PeopleSoft HCM data conversion and system integration for a company acquisition. Responsible to desing and develop data conversion strategy for about 30 thousand employees of the acquired company.
  • Toyota Brazil:  Responsible for user training, re-implementation project and Workforce Development implementation in Peoplesoft HCM system.
  • British American Tobacco:  Support lead for end-user and global performance evaluation process in PeopleSoft HCM system.
  • Boston Scientific:  Performed Functional and Technical QA for global Peoplesoft HCM, including Workforce Administration, Compensation, Benefits and Open Enrollment process.
  • Vivo (Major Latin America Telecom Company):  Technical lead for data conversion between nine companies that were merged to build Vivo. Responsible to design and develop data conversion programs in Peoplesoft HRMS and local payroll systems.
  • Wal-Mart Brazil:  Project management assistance and integration test planning for PeopleSoft HCM implementation
  • Viação Itapemirim (Major transportation company in Brazil):  Responsible for training the technical team in PeopleCode and PeopleTools
