- As Vice President of HR Technology Solutions at Cendant Corporation, had responsibility for technology strategic planning and oversight of all global HR systems and the U.S. payroll system, serving 90,000 employees of multiple business units in more than 50 countries.

- New York Life: Led visioning workshops for client to develop a roadmap and short-term technology plan.
- BASF: Provided strategic planning and project guidance for a new in-house Employee Service Center.
- Callaway Golf: Interviewed key stakeholders and developed and led workshops for client to develop strategic HR technology plan for expansion into the global marketplace.
- Codexis Inc: Provided advisory services, strategic planning and business case development for a broad-based HR redesign.
- Orbitz Inc: PMO for a global Oracle HR and Financials implementation.
- Noble Corporation: Project advisory services on a combined business process reengineering and system selection/implementation intiative.
- Travelport Inc: Provided sourcing advisory services and project management for all phases of a new benefits annual enrollment process including third-party administration as well as a 401K/pension conversion to a new provider.
- Estee Lauder: Project management and requirements analysis for Oracle HR/Payroll enhancements. Assisted the client with staffing restructure and process improvements.
