Helge has over 25 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, testing management, management consulting, change management, process optimization, application development, implementation, maintenance, and training in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll systems. He has a strong focus in PeopleSoft HCM, as well as in-depth experience of a variety of other systems, including Oracle EBS, LOGA, PAISY, SAP, and PeopleSoft ELM and Finance.

- ITUP Consulting (Europe): Co-Founder and Area Manager, responsible for several implementations and business optimization projects from large global organizations to very small engagements.
- T-Systems Multimedia Systems (Germany): Project manager and functional lead for a complete HCM implementation.
- Targobank (former Citibank Germany and France): Engagement manager, strategic consultant, and project manager for the change from the Citibank HCM systems to the new Citibank PeopleSoft 9.1 system; established the support infrastructure with the new mother company "Credit Mutuel" in France.
- RZB Bank (Austria): Engagement manager, project and functional lead for the Oracle HCM / LOGA Payroll implementation, including responsibility for the support organization.
- Deutsche Bank (Germany and international): Project lead for the re-implementation of the complete HR reporting framework within a major upgrade; additionally responsible for organizing global production support for the reporting community globally.
- Xerox (Germany and UK): Project and functional lead for SAP HR / LOGA Payroll integration.
- Schenker (Subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn): Engagement manager, project coordination and functional consulting for a PeopleSoft HR / PAISY payroll interface.
- Hochtief (Germany and India): Project manager and HCM process specialist for the HCM/Payroll team for a major Oracle implementation.
- Lear Corporation (Germany and USA): Project manager and functional lead for PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll integration.
- Convergys (Europe): Country expert for several analyses and scoping tasks for various european countries, including HR/Payroll expertise, moderation, process analysis/optimization.
- Dräger Medical, Lübeck International: Project manager, test manger and engagement manager for PeopleSoft HCM implementation, including the integration of multi-country payroll (with different providers) and roll-out for 45 countries
