Probable outcome is savings of 30% of marketing spend.
- Produced the background research and presentation to a client of facts related to an audit project involving printing spend of £10 million annually which will save a major European telecommunications client c. 15-20% per year.
- Managed a project with a Brussels-based firm to gather data across 40 sectors and multiple countries, and to provide insights, to assist Product and Marketing Management make strategic decisions regarding new go-to-market initiatives, and with external marketing communications campaigns.
- Delivered a report which included the use of geo-marketing software to facilitate the interpretation of information and accurate targeting of strategic market segments.
- Produced spreadsheets of almost 35,000 cells of statistics deemed to be highly strategic in selecting new markets by unearthing a new source of intelligence.
- Managed a project with a City of London-based consulting firm to create a framework for the first of new subscription-based market intelligence reports in the capital markets sector.
