- Starwood/Sheraton/Westin Hotels: PeopleSoft HRMS Implementation Planning Manager.
- DuPont Canada: Project Manager of PeopleSoft HRMS Implementation integrating to SAP manufacturing and financials.
- Workday: Consulted on the primary functional design features for new HR/Payroll software product, HR Software Design.
- Google: Conducted analysis of corporate requirements and provided strategic input for a new Corporate HRMS. Also worked on a team to provide recommended global parameters. HR Systems Design Strategy.
