- TD Williamson: Assessed global compensation needs and helped configure the Global Compensation Packages and Merit Process for more than 20 countries on their Workday Live System.
- Toyota: Participated in the effort for a functional/technical fit/gap analysis between two product solution sets and helped develop a detailed business case showing ten-year total cost of ownership and return on investment.
- General Electric: Performed functional role for global Oracle HRMS System including Position Management Hierarchy implementation, helped to migrate employees into new Position Management Hierarchy.
- ConMed Linvatec: Global Functional & Technical Lead for 14 countries global implementation of Oracle HRMS E-Business Suite including Benefits, Time and Labor, Custom Payroll Interfaces and iRecruitment/Self Service modules.
- Citizens Gas: Functional & Technical Lead for Oracle Time & Labor implementation, including Employee Self Service and Time Entry Modules.
