- Patersons HR and Payroll Solutions: Developed business to grow the company from 20 to 200 employees in 3 years. Enabled expansion from a small office in Salisbury to international service centres worldwide with group responsibility for £10 Million annual sales and revenue target.
- TPI Eurosourcing Limited: Advised organizations on Outsourcing Strategy with particular emphasis on International Payroll Outsourcing and Change Management. Clients included a household name global logistics company, a well-known credit card company and a major defence organization and a Philippine telecoms company.
- Convergys Employee Care: Directed operations in EMEA and was responsible for the delivery of all Convergys HR BPO Operations across 36 countries, in over 15 languages for 52,000 employees in 7 customers.
- Kingston Communications: Responsible for the implementation of a new HR system for this diverse organisation as well as engineering a move towards a HR Shared Service Centre environment.
- Towers Perrin: Responsible for the go-to-market strategy for HR Transformation offering, which Towers Perrin was successful with in the US but had no track record in the UK. Lead marketing and sales initiatives, undertook strategic consulting assignments and developed partner relations.
- IBM Europe: Created IBM's offering for e-HR Transformation. Grew this business from zero to a $30 million within 2.5 years. Also managed IBM’s PeopleSoft, Oracle and SAP HR businesses as well as IBM’s own HR Access product.
- Deloitte Consulting: Responsible for the profitability of SAP HR business in the UK and other territories. Grew the consulting team from 5 to a maximum of 33 in 2.5 years.
- Oracle Corporation: Served as second HR consultant in the UK and took a lead role in developing, winning and delivering business both in the UK and abroad.
