Peter Pervere was CFO of Commerce One between 1997 and 2002. Prior to joining Commerce One, Pervere was Vice President and Corporate Controller of Sybase, Inc. He was directly involved in the Initial Public Offerings and subsequent financings at Commerce One and Sybase. For both companies, he managed all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, internal audit, tax, financial planning, treasury, investor relations, real estate and facilities management.
