Accomplishments
- City and County of Denver, CO: Led the implementation effort to replace outdated HR and financial application systems with a state of the art integrated PeopleSoft suite of products.
- Kenexa: Led a rapid system development and deployment project, utilizing accelerated knowledge transfer protocols. This approach provided client with a rapid implementation and the ability to leverage internal resources for both implementation work and global support.
- Sun Products: Led the implementation project for a new HCM solution for this US-based company. Helped to develop an approach to permit the simultaneous integration with a new payroll solution.
- ConvaTec: Helped client manage the development and deployment of a Workday solution for this 9,000 employee company doing business in over 30 countries. Worked with client to develop an innovative approach to manage parallel activities of development, deployment and production support during the project life cycle.
- VWR International: Worked with client and Workday to formulate a global development and deployment approach for this company with 7,000 employee with business operations in over 20 countries. Facilitating the global business process review process for the new system. Led the global HCM deployment project which has implemented 50% of the business sites.
- Workday: Developed project approach strategies for several prospects to help position Workday solution. Efforts have led to Jeitosa's position as the leading implementation partner for Workday's mid-market clients.
- Church & Dwight: Led the HCM and payroll implementation project for this 3,700 employee consumer products company doing business in 9 countries.
- HSBC: Managed the development and operation of a global compensation application to manage the annual review process for over 60,000 employees in 13 Latin American countries. This application was developed in 4 months. Successfully managed the review process for two years.
- American Red Cross: Conducted a review of their recently implemented outsourced HR, benefits and payroll service. Analysis included business goals, implementation approach, data conversion and standardization, production service level agreements, and change management program.
- QinetiQ: Assisted with the analysis and planning for HR shared services and development of an overall HR IT strategy. Participated in the evaluation and review of potential application solutions.
