- Omron Field Engineering: Led SE group, Installation/Delivery group and Support group. Promoted/managed the Solaris installation/maintenance services project.
- Japan Post: Worked as the project manager of “Stamp inventory system project” from development to testing.
- Logica Japan: Reorganized, improved and managed the Customer Service of the western region of Japan (29 staff). Strengthened the relationship with the customers in west region of Japan. Created the 7x24 support system.
- Betrend: Managed development, customer services and system support, created, evaluated and achieved goals. Improved the system configuration and the contract of the data center and successfully reduced the cost by 25%.
- Oracle: Planned and managed internal technical training courses for all Oracle Japan employees for the new product releases.
- Oracle: Built West SE Group as a leader from scratch. Acted as a pre-sales of Oracle server products for prospects in the heavy industry, distribution and public sectors.
