Tom has over 15 years firsthand experience in multiple HR disciplines including HR/HCM organization structure, business process, recruiting, absence management, compensation, performance management, benefits, payroll processing, and timekeeping. Tom has implemented, used, and transferred client companies from multiple Human Resources, Payroll, and Timekeeping solutions including Ceridian, Lawson, PeopleSoft, Paychex, ADP and Workday.

  • Successfully integrated benefits and payroll for 50 countries within EMEA, Asia, and Latin America for a Fortune Global 500 company. Led and manged the project, including integration discovery meetings and the design and deployment of the integrations. Collaborated with regional client specialists throughout the world to successfully create each integration. Trained client employees to successfully support the integrations post-project. Achieved high satisfaction scores from the client.
  • Created detailed specifications on behalf of Workday for France's regulatory Bilan Social and Droit Individuel a la Formation reports. The Bilan Social report has over 150 data points regarding Employment, Renumeration (Compensation), Health and Safety, Working Conditions, Training, Labor Relations, and Other Conditions. Reviewed statutory requirements (in French and English) for both reports, provided data management/-deployment options, and created the reports.

  • Led a Request for Proposal (RFP) effort to replace PeopleSoft HRIS software. Created 145-page RFP document detailing HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Timekeeping needs.
  • Led successful HRIS replacement formal capital funding project.
  • Has implemented, used, and transferred client companies from multiple Human Resources, Payroll, and Timekeeping solutions including Ceridian, Lawson, PeopleSoft, Paychex, Workday and many ADP HR, payroll, and timekeeping products.

  • Hazelden: Project Manager and Principal Consultant for HRMS implementation including project planning, setup, data loading, security, discovery and design of organizational structure, benefits management, and payroll integration. 
  • Minnesota Public Radio: Project Manager and Principal Consultant for HRMS implementation including project planning,setup, data loading, security, discovery and design of organizational structure, benefits managment, and payroll integration. 
  • Summit Credit Union: Project Manager and Principal Consultant for HRMS implementation including project planning, setup, data loading, security, discovery and design of organizational structure, benefits management, self service, recruiting, and payroll integration. 
  • ADP-Employease: As part of an ADP-Employease joint venture with Employease, Tom was first to learn and implement a new software offering. In what soon became an acquisition, Tom implemented five of the first ten Employease clients. As part of this project, Tom created deployment methodology and tools in which hundreds of ADP associates later implemented clients.
  • Mutual Insurance Company: Led a comprehensive assessment of current Human Resources Technology state as part of larger HR Transformation project, including the planning of the assessment process, defining the scope of the assessment, designing the interview questionnaire, and performing the detailed HR Technology assessment. Led a Request for Proposal (RFP) effort to replace PeopleSoft HRIS software. Led a successful HRIS replacement formal capital funding project.
