Tony is a versatile consultant with more than 15 years experience in information systems in a variety of business sectors. He worked as a functional and technical consultant leading global products to interface ADP’s outsourced payroll services world-wide with ERP systems from SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle. Tony also worked several years in product development for ADP.

  • Expert in HR and payroll integration, especially ADP, SAP and PeopleSoft.
  • Nearly 20 years experience in information systems in a variety of business sectors.
  • Experienced and highly competent Project Manager both in implementation and development.
  • While with ADP Employer Services, worked as a functional and technical lead leading a global product to interface ADP's outsourced payroll services world-wide with ERP systems from SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle. Subsequently worked on several successful client implementations of this product.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and Irish Payroll, having worked for three years for ADP UK both in product development and AG, their consulting arm.
  • Long and successful track record working with large multinationals on local, Pan-European and multinational projects, including JPMC, Morgan Stanley, AOL, Avaya, Unilever, Renault and Hilti.

  • Ceridian Multinational Services: Functional and technical specialist for the development of a SAP HCM / payroll integration for payroll systems in France, Germany, Spain and UK.
  • Avaya: Irish and UK functional specialist for the pilot SAP-ADP Connection project in Europe.
  • JPMC: Project managed and consulted on the PeopleSoft ADP Connection implementation for Europe and ASIAPAC.
  • Marsh & McLennan: Project managed and implemented PeopleSoft ADP Connection as part of the roll-out of their UK payroll.
  • Morgan Stanley: Projected managed the Inland Revenue EDI component of their UK payroll implementation.
  • AOL: UK functional specialist for European SAP-ADP Connection implementation project.
  • HSE (Health Service Executive, Ireland): Scoped and project managed a Service Support solution, which was put in place to allow more than 300 technical analysts to support over 10,000 internal customers.
  • Automobile Association (UK): Implementation consultant and business analyst, on a consolidated Service Desk solution, including processes for Incident, Problem and Change. 
  • DFSA (Department of Family and Social Affairs, Ireland): Project managed the implementation of a consolidated Service Desk solution, aggregating data from the disparate systems it replaced.

  • BA (First Class Honors) from Southampton University
  • ITIL V2 Foundation, Prince2 Project Management Foundation
  • Fluent in English, some knowledge of German and basic French and Spanish
