Strategy Consultants
The ideal strategy consultant is an individual with deep domain knowledge of human resources systems and broad experience across the HR industry. Strategy consultants need to support Jeitosa's Vision-to-Value methodology and be able to develop and utilize Jeitosa tools, providing the highest quality strategic support and total client satisfaction. Consultants must be willing to travel between 50-75 % to be onsite with their clients 3-5 days per week.

Functional Consultants
The ideal functional consultant is able to identify, define and document client business needs and configure the applications to meet client requirements with minimal customizations, develop plans for system interfaces and data conversions, analyze, track and resolve client issues, and manage the day-to-day activities in a client engagement. Functional consultants need to support Jeitosa's rapid deployment methodology and develop and utilize Jeitosa implementation tools, providing the highest quality implementation support and total client satisfaction. Consultants must be willing to travel between 50-75 % to be onsite with their clients 3-5 days per week.

Integration Consultants
The ideal integration consultant must have deep knowledge of service oriented architecture design principals, common ERP integration design patterns, in-depth knowledge of various integration technologies, implementation methodology, and is able to combine these skills to drive integration deployment success. Integration consultants need to support Jeitosa's rapid deployment methodology and develop and utilize Jeitosa integration tools, providing the highest quality integration support and total client satisfaction. While much work is performed offsite, consultants must be willing and able to travel between 50-75 % to be onsite with their clients 3-5 days per week, when required.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience with full software development life cycle.
- Experience with common integration problems, such as security, data conversion, and various implementation approaches.
- Deep knowledge of XML Schema.
- Working knowledge of XSLT (written XSLT transformation and understand XSLT patterns and templates structure)
- Basic developer knowledge of Web Services (understanding of SOAP, WSDL and close relationship to Schema language)
- Working knowledge of SOAP standards (WS-Addressing, WS-Security, WS-Reliable Messaging or WS-Reliability, BPEL)
- Experience with at least one enterprise integration project (not necessarily Web services based).
- Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.
