• In 2005, several of Jeitosa’s transnational experts participated on the team that defined the global core of the modern Workday HCM application.  We developed the business requirements for Workday’s global organization, person, staffing, and compensation models.  With 20+ years of experience under our belts, we knew the “sins of the past” to avoid to create a modern system to meet the needs of the ever-changing global organization.
• In 2007, Jeitosa become client #24 of Workday’s, implementing the HCM model across 10 countries in a matter of weeks.  We are active users of Core HR, Talent Profile, Competency Management, Applicant Tracking, Performance Management, and Stock Administration.
• Ever since Workday’s very first client went live with the first release of the application, we have been working with Workday clients to configure, deploy and support the roll-out of the application — both locally and globally.  To date, we have worked with over 30 companies in deploying and supporting Workday around the world.
