Karen Beaman

Chief Executive Officer and Global Strategic Advisor

A widely recognized global HR industry and business leader, Karen Beaman has more than 25 years experience in information systems and human resource management. Before founding Jeitosa, Karen built two highly-regarded consulting businesses: AGConsulting Eastern Region and ADP Professional Services Europe. She is Editor-in-Chief of the IHRIM Journal and has edited four industry-focused books. Karen is credited for helping to set the strategy for Workday's new global HCM offering. In 2002, she was honored with IHRIM's Summit Award recognizing her outstanding achievement in the field of HR systems.

Steve Parker

Vice President, North America and Global Strategic Advisor

Over 30 years of experience in professional services covering human resource management and information systems development, business strategy and planning, and best practice HCM deployment. Responsible for enterprise consulting services and business development with Jeitosa, Steve focuses on business strategy, project planning, and systems deployment for domestic and global companies.

Christian Adlung

Vice President, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Global Strategic Advisor

Christian Adlung brings to Jeitosa's Europe operations more than 20 years of experience in information technology and development and project leadership of payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. He has over 15 years experience in a global/EMEA business environment with significant experience working with large corporations on HCM service models and business process reengineering. Previously, Christian built and expanded the HCM consultancy division of a major payroll company in Germany, UK, and Latin-America, as well as had operational responsibility for a German payroll outsourcing division. He is currently responsible for business development in EMEA with Convergys Employee Care. Christian holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Bremen.

Luiz Henrique de Oliveira

Vice President, Latin America and Global Strategic Advisor

Luiz de Oliveira has more than 25 years experience in information systems and human resource management. Before joining Jeitosa, Luiz served as Senior Product Strategist, setting the strategy and developing the design for Workday’s new global HCM offering. Previously he was responsible for Customer Service, Sales and Marketing in Latin America for ADP and served as Vice President for ADP Global Services, developing global payroll solutions, implementing and supporting global accounts.

John Macy

Vice President, Asia Pacific and Global Strategic Advisor

John Macy has over 35 years experience as a senior HR manager with an international airline and consultant in HR technology usage. He is the founder of Competitive Edge Technology, a consulting company formed in 1994 specializing in Human Capital Management software. He is an advocate of Services Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web services, component-based applications and business driven standards to achieve greater flexibility and integration. In 2002 he published the HR component software application standard and set up the first component software brokerage. In 2006 he introduced the first commercial component registry for HR products. He has written several books and published many articles on HR technology. He has worked throughout Asia, the USA and Australia on consulting assignments.

Michael Kent

Vice President and Global Strategic Advisor

As Executive Consultant, Mike applies his years of deep and broad HR operational experience to issues faced by Jeitosa's clients. His experience includes top HR leadership positions with such organizations as ITT, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Zurich Financial Services and salesforce.com. His areas of special expertise include HR strategy, metrics, employment branding, change management, outsourcing, M&A, talent management, diversity and business ethics. At Jeitosa, Mike is responsible for the processes, systems and practices that make Jeitosa an employer of choice and an exemple to its clients and peers, in the domain of human capital management, as the firm continues to grow and succeed.

Grant Du Plooy

Vice President, Talent Acquisition

An executive search specialist, Grant started out with Silicon Valley's highly-respected BridgeGate Group, a retained executive search firm, before joining AG Consulting to help lead their talent acquisition requirements in the booming ERP consulting field. Thereafter, he launched a boutique search firm; Tolfrey Group, to service ERP clients, and remained at the helm for nearly a decade, until 2007. During the stay at BridgeGate Group and Tolfrey Group, Grant worked with clients as diverse as Oracle Corporation, World Savings Bank, Franklin Templeton, KLA-Tencor, Presto Services, Terrace Consulting, Exponential, County of Napa, the Judiciary Council of California, and many others.

Gunjan Aggarwal

Director, Finance and Accounting

Gunjan Aggarwal has over ten years of experience in finance and accounting, including the set up of new companies and preparing, analyzing and finalizing accounts. Previously he was head of the invoicing and recovery department of a leading electricity distribution company. His experience also includes audit-related activities for various organizations and managing large numbers of customers, providing the satisfactory resolution to their queries. Gunjan was also a member of the fraud prevention and legal team responsible for prevention of electricity theft and fraudulent invoices.

Marc Birnkammer

Director, Marketing Communications

With his extensive international business background, Marc is responsible for marketing strategy and global client communications for Jeitosa. He has diverse experience in various cultural settings and legislative frameworks across the world and is fluent in four languages and conversational in several others. Marc is also active in the non-profit space, where he founded Tradadev, a widely recognized organization that helps some of the most influential non-profits internationalize their operations. He has an MBA from the University of Savoy in France. 

Dave Duffield

Dave Duffield is co-founder and CEO of Workday(tm). Having founded PeopleSoft in 1987 and served as the company's Chief Executive Officer and Board Chairman, he draws on an extensive history of pioneering new ground in business applications. PeopleSoft grew to be the world's second-largest application software company before being acquired.

Bill Campbell

Bill Campbell is President and General Partner with Marbill Management, a property management firm in San Francisco. Previously, he was former senior vice president with ADP Employer Services, and co-founder and President of AGConsulting which was acquired by ADP in 1994.

Ken Gardner

Founder and executive chairman for SOASTA, Ken Gardner is an industry veteran and six-time entrepreneur. He was the founder and CEO of Istante (acquired by Oracle in Dec 2004); Sagent Technology (IPO in Apr 1999); ReportSmith (acquired by Borland in Mar 1994); and ViewPoint Systems (acquired by Knowledgeware in Jun 1992). He sits on the board of directors for Everdream Corporation and Accept Software.

Peter Pervere

Peter Pervere was Chief Financial Officer of Commerce One between 1997 and 2002. Prior to joining Commerce One, Pervere was Vice President and Corporate Controller of Sybase, Inc. He was directly involved in the Initial Public Offerings and subsequent financings at Commerce One and Sybase. For both companies, he managed all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, internal audit, tax, financial planning, treasury, investor relations, real estate and facilities management. Prior to joining Sybase, Pervere was an Audit Manager at Ernst and Young. He currently serves on the boards of Intraware, Inc. and the Berkeley Repertory Theater. Pervere received a B.A. from Stanford University, was certified as a Public Accountant in California, and is a member of the Financial Executives Institute.
