Message from the Founder
After more than a decade of working and living globally, I have learned that while there are many global organizations, many don’t really know how to work globally. In the major countries around the world, there is a dearth of people in business who have a true global mindset – a way of thinking that seeks global commonalities and standards, has a deep understanding of local business needs, and is able to leverage innovation and leading practices across the globe.
At Jeitosa, we pride ourselves on bridging strategy, people, process, and technology to build global results. One of my favorite sayings goes: “a vision without a plan is just a daydream, a plan without a vision is a nightmare. A vision with a plan, can bring breakthrough results.” Our goal is to help you define clarity around vision, build a plan and road map to achieve your vision, and then execute flawlessly on the plan.
Jeitosa has an expansive transnational network of global consultants, advisors, and project managers who help organizations globalize their business functions. A vital distinction in our business model is that we are individuals with in-depth knowledge of the international business environment who think and act with a real global mindset. This means that our consultants truly understand — from first-hand experience through living and working in various countries across the world — the cultural, legal, and customary aspects of international business and the impact they have on building business value. At Jeitosa our mantra is, “be as global as possible, as local as necessary.”
All of us at Jeitosa are passionate about enabling global business and working collaboratively with our clients to help them operate more effectively, productively, and harmoniously across their global organization. At Jeitosa, we combine global reach with local relevance to enhance business results — globally, regionally, and locally. In short, our goal is to help our clients be better today than they were yesterday.
Dee Hock, the founder of Visa Corporation and author of Birth of the Chaordic Age, says,
“If one is to properly understand events and to influence the future, it is essential to master four ways of looking at things: as they were, as they are, as they might become, and [most importantly] as they ought to be.”
Let us help your global HR organization be all it ought to be.
Sincerely yours,

Karen Beaman, CEO/Founder
